Social distancing is what we are called to do right now, but if you’re looking to buy your new home, it can seem counter-productive. The Nashville real estate market continues to move forward despite the pandemic, so if you’re looking for your new home, there are ways we can safely go through the buying process in the coming weeks and months.
Video Conferencing
First, we can do video conference calls to get you up to speed quickly on how to approach the marketplace. We are blessed to have the technology to be able to conduct video calls, so it’s like we are grabbing a cup of coffee in person. If you are interested, shoot me a message or give me a call.
Recorded Home Video Tours
Second, we can request showings where I can record video tours and email them to you. We will need the seller’s permission, of course. I’ll always recommend you personally viewing a home before purchasing, but we can request the contract be contingent upon you actually walking the home. Over the next few months, I am willing to request video tours to exclusive clients to safeguard any fears you may have about showings.
Hands Off At Showings
Third, we must take care to be respectful at showings. If you do opt to physically take a look at the property, let’s be mindful to keep our hands to ourselves and practice sanitary precautions. If you are prepared to buy a home in Nashville, this can still be a time of opportunity as mortgage rates remain low.
